This team identifies potential contractors with required licensing that are interested in installing products the Home Improvement sales team sells. This team ensures that all required paperwork is completed by the third party installer prior to the third party installer being on-boarded and ensures requirements for licensing and insurance are met. Assist Service Solutions Manager with training and developing Centralized Contractor Recruiters that onboard contractors for 47 Home Improvement district installation offices across the nation. Maintains database of approximately 2500 contractors which provide installation services for over 60,000 Sears sold home improvement projects each year.

Responsible for providing internal recruitment support for home improvement 3rd party sub-contractor openings to the In-Home or Sears Home Improvement business across a multi-geographic territory. Accountable for monitoring the workflow of the contractor recruitment team and assisting the Service Solutions Manager with developing incumbent recruitment team to meet required staffing metrics (% to headcount budget for contractor recruitment.)

Job Requirements

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Monitors sourcing methodologies across a variety of markets and geographies (urban, suburban, rural)
• Assists with routine training and development to Contractor Onboarding team and conducts side-by-side phone screen shadowing on a monthly basis with each associate
• Provides day-to-day assistance to the Contractor Onboarding team
• Responsible for entering new, updates existing and maintain sub contractor records.
• Liaison to PlusOne (3rd Party) background screening
• Assists with keeping contractor recruitment reports current with the most up to date recruitment status information to update the business weekly on recruitment progress
• Researches, analyzes, prepares and presents hiring and statistics information to management
• Assists Service Solutions Manager in determine current and future contractor needs and provides constant communication on status of contractor recruitment
• Ensures that contractors are on boarded under appropriate compliance guidelines and meet requirements of 3rd party vendor who will visit a customer's home

Education Requirements: HS Graduate or Equivalent
Years of Related Experience: 3-4 Years
Driver's License Required: Yes
