Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS Education Requirements: HS Graduate or Equivalent Years of Related Experience: < 1 Year Travel Requirements: None Required Skills:
• Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English instructions
• Ability to complete internal documentation
• Ability to present information to and communicate with customers and Associates
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure
• Ability to apply reasoning and comprehension to carry out simple written or oral instructions
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations, and occasionally interpret and adapt to customer's needs and find solutions that are outside of the standardized situations
• Ability to perceive and demonstrate good intuition
• Ability to actively listen to customers
• Ability to be assertive, self motivated and possess drive
• Frequent sitting, some standing and walking, bending and reaching as necessary (sitting for 4-8 hours with res periods scheduled accordingly)
• Ability to frequently use fingers and hands to manipulate computer and telephone equipment (enters data using a computer keyboard)
• Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers while continuously wearing a telephone headset Preferred Skills:
• Sales experience (in person or over the phone)
