Job Summary:

Responsible for partnering with the field leadership of partner stores to insure store execution of processes around selling and staging of store deliveries are met. This position teaches, coaches and influences the benefits of process adherence and how it leads to customer satisfaction and repeat business for the store. Key to this position will be the ability to build and manage relationships at the store. Additionally, this role will monitor the performance and execution of Innovel's home delivery business partners and leverage the Contract Management team for assistance. Ultimately, the Area Delivery Support Manager will partner with Innovel field leadership to identify and prioritize best practices and behavior opportunities.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Achieves operational and functional objectives by analyzing operational performance information. This role will provide recommendations to the plan, prepare and complete action plans, resolve problems, complete audits, and identify trends
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards, procedures, and legal regulations
  • Secures and maintains controls around carrier invoicing accuracy.
  • Reviews critical to quality metrics framed in the customer and client perspective, and develops plans to improve satisfaction levels
  • Manages and monitors delivery capacities for the carrier teams.
  • Reviews Delivery Contractor performance data with business partners to identify performance improvement opportunities, and develops plans to address the same
  • Builds and maintains relationships with 3PL partners
  • Serves as the primary point of contact with the Customer Experience Organization (CX).
  • Maintains and controls the processes and inventories associated with home delivery tote supplies.
  • Interacts and works effectively with other functions within Supply Chain and the facility to achieve business and performance objectives (Human Resources, Asset Prevention, and Finance)
  • Interacts with Installation Contract Manager and Provider Administration to support Installation (future state)
  • Communicates Delivery successes and opportunities regularly with the business to improve the customer experience
  • Develops and maintains disciplined, highly motivated delivery focused on service and quality control standards that exceed customer and client expectations
Education Experience: Bachelor's Level Degree
Years of Related Experience: 5-10 Years
License/Certificate Required: Yes
Driver's License Required: Yes
Travel Requirements: 50%

Job Requirements:
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Extensive knowledge of Home Delivery and Installation operations and processes
  • Proficient skill in the use of computers (i.e., Access, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, Excel, Outlook, Service Live, and Service Bench), and a general working knowledge of Distribution Operating System (DOS)
  • Basic knowledge of Inventory Management Systems
  • General knowledge and understanding of reports available
  • Ability to lead others to deliver business results
