Responsible for ensuring that data is accurately input, managed, retired and maintained for the Appliance Builder Distributor business. No individual financial metrics; however, this position contributes to the overall profitabity of the Appliance Builder Distributor business. The Data Management Analyst is responsible for the management of all material, pricing and additional data sets in JD Edwards. This includes advising, guiding, setting up, updating and overseeing all pricing activities for every business in Appliance Builder Distributor.

Job Requirements

• Manages and maintains all pricing, materials, and other data sets created in JD Edwards
• Manages material, pricing another data set cleanup activities to ensure accurate data in JD Edwards.
• Consults and advises all Appliance Builder Distributor groups on all JD Edwards projects. This involves meeting with all parties on their ideas and targets, informing them on what the system can and can't do and what the impact will be in terms of resources onall groups involved. Providing accurate and reliable test results so there is a clear understanding of the expected results.
• Collaborates with IT Manager to manage off-shore IT team, including training, monitoring of tickets and auditing of their work.Ensuring that all SLA's are met and/or exceeded including accuracy and turnaround time.
• Assists team in trouble shooting any issues which require expert knowledge of JD Edwards and finding the most efficient way toresolve any and all data errors.
• Provides on the spot support for critical situationsJOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Some undergraduate education
• 3-4 years of related experience
• Valid Driver License for the State of employment
• Up to 25% travel
• 18 years of age or olderREQUIRED SKILLS:
• Very organized and detail oriented with strong analytical skills
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
• Demonstrated ability to drive change management processes through an organization
• Related experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement or Operations
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in order to interface directly with Sales, Order Management, Merchandising/Buying, the Controllers Group and IT
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
