The Website Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and developing the front and back end of the Franchise System's Brand Websites for content, creative, campaigns and offers, including site maintenance, management of user experience and development of the business's reputation management strategy.

Job Duties:
  • Manages the day to day operations and establishes/manages best practices as well as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) across all websites of both national and local pages so overall performance support the strategic goals of the Franchise System
  • Develops mastery of and apply brand and style guidelines; regularly review for and fix typos, broken links and other errors
  • Partners with Brand Leaders/Directors, consultants and Members to create and update content on all Brand Websites and 120 Local and all national pages
  • Plans for and schedule content, design and functionality/navigation updates as well as regular maintenance for Sears digital properties to optimize user experience and mobile responsiveness
  • Performs website and digital property administration such as setting provisions and managing access rights and workflows: assessing and updating security standards, protocols and other processes to assure web/digital property security
  • Compiles, analyzes and reports on analytics on SEO process and web/digital properties for both national and local pages to continuous improve and measure performance for all methods
  • Supports long term plans for digital presence and web development, including researching and tracking new technologies, developing new websites/digital properties, content management systems, and supporting back-end processes like content migration
  • Manages content on six franchise sales websites to include creating content, gathering testimonials, videos, and showcasing industry technology enhancements while measuring analytics of websites and creating reports to show effectiveness of campaigns.
