Duties: Responsible for managing the PartsDirect business which is part of the Sears Home Services group of businesses. PartsDirect is an ecommerce business with ~$150MM of topline revenue and generates ~$20MM of EBITDA. Primary job responsibilities: create long term and executional strategy for the PartsDirect Business – based on prior experience and understanding of the current market landscape, create long term strategy for growth of the PartsDirect business and in turn work with various departments (COEs such as marketing, finance, analytics, SCO, IT) to translate that into an executable plan that can be executed and tracked via appropriate OKRs at various levels of the organization; Demand Generation – working with marketing department to create and help execute traffic driving initiatives to the SearsPartsDirect.com website which includes SEO, Paid Search, Affiliates and Email marketing tactics; continuously improve Site Experience – create strategic roadmap for website experience and working with the various Site Product Owners and IT development team to execute projects and enhancements that removes customer friction and improve Website conversion (both top and bottom of funnel metrics); create top DIY content for website – direct the creative team to build appropriate DIY repair content to help drive site engagement; build optimized SKU portfolio and part pricing policies – work with the merchant, planning and procurement team to optimize the catalog of parts available on the site. Also, utilize machine learning based models to deploy dynamic pricing strategy; manage sales across channels – create channel specific sales strategy to maximize sales and profits across Web, Call center and 3rd party marketplaces (e.g. – Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc); order fulfillment via own distribution center or OEMs – partner with internal SCO team and various OEMs to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery of parts ordered across various sales channels; oversee the financial activities, including pricing, planning, forecasting, inventory, and selling, general, and administrative expenses; identify current and future organizational requirements, coach and develop associates, and drive associate accountability and performance.

Job Requirements

Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business Administration, Information Systems Management or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience in B2C E-commerce industry, strategy consulting, business process transformation, product development, and program management. Or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business Administration, Information Systems Management or a related field, plus seven (7) years of experience in B2C E-commerce industry, strategy consulting, business process transformation, product development, and program management.
Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) leading strategic transformation initiatives involving cross functional teams to drive profitability and long term sustainability; DE managing E-commerce business, specially managing the P&L through major site redesign and re-platforming and optimizing website performance on newer platform; DE creating and executing operational improvement plan to deliver the strategic vision and influence senior management and stakeholders in decision-making; DE in data-driven project management and operational initiatives for integrated sales, operations and procurement planning to drive profitability in a complex supply chain environment; and, DE developing pricing strategy to improve revenue realization using big data analytics.
