Transform Home Improvement License Holder
The License Qualifier is responsible for obtaining, holding, and maintaining the appropriate State and Municipal license(s), and ensuring that Transform Home Improvement, its subsidiaries, and its affiliate businesses are qualified under and in compliance with any and all applicable State and Municipal licensing statutes and ordinances.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintains the license(s) required by Transform in order for Transform to engage in the business the license covers, including, but not limited to providing copies of all licenses held and ensuring personal demographic information is accurate at all times
- Ensures Transform remains in compliance with any and all applicable statutes and ordinances pertaining to Transform
- Takes responsibility for all services provided by a Transform Authorized Contractor or Service Technician, and for any act of anyone in Transform that causes the applicable regulatory authorities to bring disciplinary action against the License Qualifier
- Meets with regulatory board members and licensing authorities as required
- Maintains State registration requirements with regulatory authorities as applicable
- Provides Transform copies of all correspondence between any regulatory agency and themselves that involve Transform
- Performs other duties as assigned
