Shop Your Way is looking for a strategic and visual thinker with an expertise in marketing strategy and content management . The right candidate will be a omni channel strategist who will help the member facing development and expression of our brands. This person will execute, support and help manage brand-focused communication and content across multiple channels: email, sms, digital, website, internal communications, B2B and B2C brand initiatives, brand evolvement, and more.

Job Requirements

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic leader for Omni channel planning. Manages cohesiveness and consistency across channels including brand personality, seasonal themes, and promotional marketing. Omni-channel calendar management Own the marketing calendar.
  • Be detail oriented and make sure all marketing initiatives are represented on the omni channel calendar, coded appropriately, with briefs and creatives attached for easy review.
  • Provides project management design, coordination, development, and implementation support for Omni Channel related projects. Includes creating project plans and timelines, setting up project meetings and conferences, provide weekly and monthly status reporting.
  • Stays up to date on industry best practices across communication channels Email, SMS, Push, Social, etc.
  • Keen understanding of data analytics and A/B testing to initiate shifts based on insights
  • Works with data platform and execution teams to understand channel testing and frequency based on member preference and personas
  • Ensures alignment across marketing managers for go-to market strategies
  • Strong understanding of channel best practices
  • Develops executional briefs for email, creative, and execution teams based on marketing team s strategies and requests
  • Be point of contact for cross functional team marketing requests Win It, Sears Auto Center, Sears, Kmart, etc.
  • Evaluates campaign reporting and collaborate with marketing strategy managers to change and adapt based on insights and success metrics.


REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, integrated marketing, channel marketing and/or product marketing
  • Expertise in digital marketing, integrated marketing, channel marketing, and product marketing
  • Proficient in project management and marketing calendar management
  • Strong understanding of Omni-channel strategies frequency, air traffic control, consumer preference, and automation
  • Extraordinary interpersonal skills: ability to innovate, adapt to unique needs, think creatively and foster dialogue across diverse groups
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing across multiple channels and analysis of performance metrics
  • Up to date on industry best practices across multiple communication channels
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with solid attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a must
  • Experience with project management tools a plus
