Provides concise and accurate analytical reporting that will be utilized for evaluating client claims submission (acceptance/rejection), claims payment, payment discrepancy, charge backs and recovery.
The Specialist, IH Repair Claims is responsible for maintenance, updates and audits on all systems related to payment claims
submission, payment discrepancy, charge backs and reject recovery. This position works closely with both the Claims and Channel
Operations teams to validate and improve current processes.

Job Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Executes concise and actionable client claims (acceptance/rejection), payment discrepancy and financial reporting on an Adhoc,
weekly and monthly basis.
• Gathers the requested data then applies analytical methods to convert conclusions into recommendations.
• Identifies, isolates and communicates data inconsistencies.
• Creates, reviews and maintains Service Flash logic in Maintenance Tables and assigns process id information, and source
number, associated with the flash.
• Maintains and audits maintenance tables that control claims filing logic.
• Creates new clients, updates pricing, and assigns logic based on client requirements.
• Identifies and implements process improvement opportunities within assigned area(s) and within the Center as a whole. Integrates
relative information and define reasonable alternatives.
• Conducts analysis of service orders and payment claims to drive improvement in revenue generation and associate productivity.
• Creates, analyzes, runs and distributes reports daily, weekly, and monthly.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Access experience preferred
• NPS and ServiceBench experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Advanced level skills in Excel, Word, Power Point
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in SQL queries or other data mining packages

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience
• 18 years of age or older
