• Plan, organize, and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of the Targeted Interaction ("TI") and Addressable Marketing programs and objectives
• Report to the Sr. Director of Product Management and manage all strategic initiatives
• Establish a documented road map for program goals, implementation timeframes, align business and IT stakeholders and manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the programs
• Manage large projects and personalization programs spanning cross-functional teams
• Facilitate program health meetings with C-level leadership and external vendors-partners
• Ensure program sponsors and stakeholders are kept appraised of programs status
• Ensure program documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately. Lead post-program lessons learned sessions to improve process and performance
• Collaborate with a team of product managers, user experience (UX), engineering, QA, Finance and Vendors to execute the software program
• Influence the design of projects, and rapidly identify and resolve technical dependencies and risks
• Manage the systems architecture that impacts assigned projects and provide insight into new projects around dependencies and potential issues
• Ownership of online Sears, Kmart and ShopYourWay coupon center products, associated improvements and financial reporting
• Responsible for on-track implementation of the enterprise migration from IBM to Adobe tool suite
• Help to mentor junior project managers

Job Requirements

Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field plus three (3) years experience in software planning and development in e-commerce, consumer Internet, and consumer points rewards programs. Or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field plus five (5) years of experience in software planning and development in e-commerce, consumer Internet, and consumer points rewards programs. Must also possess the following: Demonstrated experience ("DE") in delivering software across multiple complex programs in Targeted Customer interactions/digital marketing strategies, web services, deals and coupons systems and point of sale systems; DE establishing documented roadmaps for personalization and digital marketing program goals and implementation timeframes; aligning business and IT stakeholders; and managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the programs; DE in project management software including Jira and MS Project; Agile SCRUM and waterfall project methodologies; conducting scrum meetings and managing scrum teams in defining program priorities, assigning tasks, managing, and allocating the budget; and DE documenting revenue financials and business cases using Alex Microstrategy, Branch, or Adobe Analytics.
