The DVP Online Analytics is responsible for the overall business and data insights into the Online Business Unit and for key drivers and recommendations to advance the profitiability of the enterprise ecommerce sites.

Job Requirements

Defines and establishes the analytics vision, goals, supporting business metrics, and success indicators.
• Guides new analytics tool decisions and next generation strategies.
• Presents insights and strategies to the executive team to drive long term strategy and decision making in a clear, succinct, actionable manner
• Oversees cross-functional and cross-divisional collaboration on analytics, insights and achievement of business results.
• Manages a dedicated project budget and budget forecasting for the functional analytics area.
• Drives action and change throughout the organization • Ensures the roadmaps/ strategies across analytics teams is synergistic and allows for realization of business objectives to include Business Operating Profit (BOP) and Revenue objectives.
• Ensures the efficient allocation of resources and execution of analytics and systems strategy and projects.
• Works cross functionally with business owners, stakeholders and brand teams to lead the design, development and deployment of user friendly analytical capabilities that result in improved data-driven decision making
• Designs and develops industry innovating analytics architectures and standards that significantly benefits the business of SHC
• Measures success of strategies and activities that enable unbridled growth in the integrated retail space allowing for SHC to be the leader in this space.
• Interacts with executive management and leads teams through transformational change with a positive and collaborative approach.
• Performs supervisory functions including, but not limited to, making decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates
