The Director, PartsDirect Web Channel will be part of the Sears PartsDirect (PD) senior leadership team and responsible for the
execution, performance, and profitable growth of Sears PartsDirect web presence. The Director will be a broad and critical role of responsibility leading key operational functions from top-line sales to order processing and order fulfillment. The incumbent will be responsible for the development of an overall improved shopping experience with particular focus on sales and fulfillment. This role helps to create and drive the vision, strategy, and enabling tactics to accelerate improved customer value, profitability, and member retention. Incumbent will develop and lead several key functions and support teams while partnering with the Directors of PD
Marketing, Web, PRC, Commercial (and the entire PD Leadership Team) as we continue to pursue our vision and strategy for PartsDirect growth.

The Director is responsible for the development of an improved experience for the PartsDirect online business, which generates
$200+m in revenue, has 30+million unique site visitors and offers over 7 million parts for over 800 brands.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Leverage experience in web and eCommerce to identify best in class web solutions;
• Works directly with the Business DVP to create and implement the PartsDirect growth strategy and prioritize
tactics;
•Works with executive management to discover, design, develop and deploy operational initiatives aligned with
overall company goals and objectives;
• Leads efforts to deliver improved member experience and operational efficiencies by leveraging our broad assets and
enterprise resources;
• Works to increase repeat member visit rates, increased loyalty, and higher customer retention rates by developing
and executing a targeted strategy for post-order care;
• Works closely with all PD selling channels and teams to ensure full alignment and engagement;
• Plans, schedules and implements team communications to maintain alignment and awareness of changes and
initiatives;
• Effectively manages internal resources, direct reports, and third party agencies where appropriate for maximum
performance and high engagement consistent with our SHC and PD values and culture;
• Maintains internal working relationships with key areas ofthe organization including sales, product, operations,
compliance, IT, Marketing, PMO, etc…;
• Analyzes and reports out on key metrics and activities related to operating activities; proactively develops and
monitors key performance reports to identify areas for improvement and then effectively and aggressively attacks
those areas with speed and focus;
• Manages vendor relationships, including evaluating proposals, drafting creative briefs and strategies, managing
deliverables and adhering to the budget.

Job Requirements

• Strong web and eCommerce experience in a high
transaction environment;
• Exceptional analytic skills and abilities;
• Experience reporting and communication project status in a
cross-functional environment;
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to meet
routinely with individuals at all levels of the organization as
well as outside vendor;
Ability to manage projects from strategy through execution;
• Experience with supply chain management systems;
• Experience in deploying technological solutions to solve
business goals and objectives;
Project management experience;
• Understanding of search engine optimization, search engine
marketing and merchandising;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational
skills;
• Self-directed and possess deep subject matter expertise;
