Support the centralized field administration function with primary responsibility for the daily processing, validating, and auditing verified sales and jobs.

Job Requirements

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Daily resulting of field sales appointments (Sit-No-Sale, Sales Recovery, etc.)
• Review new sales paperwork and SFA data transfer information for accuracy and completeness; facilitate resolution of discrepancies and identified issues
• Determine permit requirements for new jobs, update/maintain district permit matrices, and coordinate permit acquisition with local permit runner
• Preliminary review of commission and job proposal for reasonableness
• Process final labor payments to subcontractors on completed jobs
• Review job completion paperwork for completeness and accuracy
• Verify accuracy of material entry upon completion of job
• Confirm that permits were properly obtained and scanned into production system; coordinate final permit inspections between district office, municipalities, and customers
• Conduct pre-completion job audits to ensure policies and procedures were properly followed
• Audit proposals, material and labor payments, and related documents pertaining to individual sales for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with credit team and facilitate collection of customer funds as needed
• Coordinate mailing of customer documents, including Thank You letters and warranty agreements
• Performs miscellaneous duties, as assigned
• Maintains positive and professional atmosphere in the office and is proactive /demonstrates initiative

Education Requirements:
HS Graduate or Equivalent
Years of Related Experience: 1-2 Years
License/Certificate Required: No Driver's License

Age Requirement: 18+

Required Skills:
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross fuctionally, particularly with field operations
• Computer knowledge, and skill in using Microsoft Office products and web-based technology
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
