The Bilingual Customer Service Advisor is responsible for being the front line care representative for customers for multiple lines of business. The Advisor also provides sales solutions to our customers, assists in the processing of orders, including Internet, catalog or specialty merchandise, and addresses customer’s questions and concerns via email and telephone.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Takes care of the customer in Spanish as well as English so their experience with Transform, Transform Online and Parts Direct is a positive one
  • Provides sales solutions to customers and converts leads to appointments within the Home Improvement business
  • Addresses customer inquiries and questions over the telephone or internet in Spanish as well as English in a professional manner
  • Responds to customer emails in a timely, accurate and professional manner
  • Researches and investigates, where necessary, to gather information to respond to customer inquiries
  • Enters calls into call tally system
  • Makes cross sales and up-sells add-on items
  • Reports any item and system problems to management so they are fixed in a timely fashion
  • Escalates and transfers customer calls as procedure necessitates
  • Performs other duties as assigned
